‘ Owner of the company is Yuriy Shurman. He holds a Civil Construction Engineer Diploma. Construction is the thing that he’s been doing for whole life, before and after graduation.  His experience started from helping trades and with years expends to Construction Manager in many different projects like luxury residential houses and five storey hotels. After coming to Canada he worked for a big Alberta’s company where he learned all aspects of Canadian construction industry.

Three Bathrooms renovation

‘ We hired Yuriy and his team for a 3 bathroom renovation that also included the addition of a steam room. Right away we could tell that Yuriy is very knowledgeable and from the start gave us good ideas for our bathrooms. We liked that fact that he would reply right away to our questions. He gave us a very detailed quote in 2 days and told us it would not change regardless of what he found when he tore the existing bathrooms. Yuriy and his team stayed on schedule and budget. They worked fast without compromising quality. They even included some extra work that was not in the quote for free. We are very happy with our new bathroom and the quality of the work. Shower (Custom)

‘ Yuriy was recommended by a person in the plumbing store who over heard that we had a major failure with our existing unit. We ultimately needed to have everything removed new walls and a custom shower built. We felt so lost. Yuriy called immediately, came to review when he said, did an amazing job and completed everything on time. The price? Again, this was a total removal tear back to the drain remove the floor add tiles, quite extensive. We paid exactly as quoted and I know he did some extra. This guy is proud of his work, Look no further.

Basement shower

‘ I hired Universal in Jan 2014 to build full bathroom with shower in my basement. When Yuriy came to give me a quote he reply to all my questions with absolute knowledge and then in few days provided me with detailed quote for the job. So after they start work and after 4 days I had my bathroom ready, it was like a flash in compare with my previous experience. But that speed didn’t affect quality at all. So I get my bathroom really fast, with great quality and for good price. Yuriy will be the best choice for such project and I presume for much more.  

Two complete bathrooms

‘ These guys renovated two bathrooms in my house which is 50 years old. That was so much work with old copper plumbing and stucco on walls and ceiling. And considering all that they did amazing work for just 15 days and 15.000$. For that price I get travertine tile, heated floors and shower glass door and my favourite wall niche. And I’ve paid exactly that I’ve been quoted, don’t look farther they are simply the best!
